About Mentor
Nita Agarwal is a transformational yoga coach with 26 years of experience in practising and learning yoga under various esteemed instructors. Over the last 10 years, she has dedicated herself to teaching yoga with the objective of promoting holistic well-being. In her practice, she integrates sound vibrations, pranayama (breath control), stretches, asanas, as well as the application of mudras and bandhas. These methodologies work collectively to establish balance, polarity, and rhythm among the various elements of the body, ultimately enhancing the overall experience of well-being and personal transformation.
